UPDATE: Day of Mindfulness with Bridget Rolens
Because the Illinois Marathon is also scheduled for April 30, we have changed the start and end times of our upcoming Day of Mindfulness.
The retreat will begin at noon and end at 6 pm. We will not have a potluck lunch, but please bring a light snack for the eating meditation practice.
